I have recently been reading letters from a young man who is currently in Iraq. He posts under the name "Capodecina" or "Capo" for short.
I met him online and have found what he has to say about the Iraq situation, and other topics as well, to be very interesting and well-written.
Some of the letters are in response to questions raised by others in the forum where I met him. The forum is private, and I count myself fortunate to have been invited in. I cannot get anyone in -- I don't have that authority. Sorry. As I don't have anybody else's permission to repost their letters here, I won't and you'll just have to figure out what the question was. I may insert a general "this was in reply to a question about..." statement, but I will not edit Capo's letters at all.
Warning!!! Some of Capo's letters are rather graphic, but he tells it like it is.
